台灣今（24）日受東北季風增強加上華南雲雨區東移影響全台有雨，尤其北東部至周六皆是溼涼天氣，周日（小年夜）強冷空氣南下，北東部仍有局部雨，晚間至下周一（除夕）清晨冷空氣最強，平地最低溫下探僅10℃，提醒民眾留意天氣變化。

氣象局表示今北東部、中部及南部山區有雨，各地低溫約15～16℃，另對中嘉南發布濃霧特報；明後天僅北東部有雨，又以基隆北海岸和宜蘭雨勢較明顯；周四東北季風減弱、溫度稍回升，基隆北海岸、大台北東側山區、東部與部分恆春半島有雨；周五鋒面接近與南方雲系北移，全台都有下雨機會；周六東北季風增強，迎風面有雨，低溫約14～15℃。

氣象專家吳德榮提醒周日（小年夜）強冷空氣南下，北東部有局部雨，晚間至下周一（除夕）清晨冷空氣最強，平地最低溫下探10℃；除夕至下周二（初一）乾空氣南下，各地晴朗穩定，但夜間有強輻射冷卻加成，初一清晨將創平地最低溫；下周三（初二）下一波鋒面影響，天氣將再轉變。
