高雄義守大學一名香港僑生梁凱熙，以徒步環島當做自己的畢業旅行，花了一百天的時間，終於又回到母校。校方特別為她舉辦盛大的接風儀式，還有一名在途中相遇，曾經陪她走一段路的米雪兒阿姨，也特地到場獻花，讓她好感動。

拖著沈重的行李，再次踏上這條再熟悉不過的山路，徒步環島的梁凱熙，終於回到她的起點義守大學。

校方特地為她舉辦盛大的接風儀式，為這趟百日的環島之旅，畫下完美句點。

梁凱熙是高雄義守大學的香港僑生，來台唸書四年，就在畢業即將返回香港之際，決定不留遺憾，要好好認識台灣一圈。於是從六月展開徒步環島，但一個人人深地不熟，又沒有家人陪伴，一開始幾乎撐不下去。

就在情緒崩潰的時候，天使出現了，一位婦人特地把車停下來，陪著她走了一段路，替她加油打氣，還相約終點時再見，沒想到真的實現諾言。

熬過一個人寂寞之後，梁凱熙調適好心情，之後的旅程開始變得不一樣，數不清的陌生人遞上飲料、物資為她加油，也有不少車輛讓她搭順風車。

道途中相遇的點點滴滴，梁凱熙都自拍影片紀錄下來，還包括遇到地震和大雨的狼狽模樣，過程中穿破五雙鞋，雖然辛苦，但都成了她人生最美的體驗。
