今、明（24日、25日）兩天東北季風及華南雲雨區東移影響，中部以北及東北部天氣稍涼；台灣中部以北及東北部地區有短暫雨，並有局部較大雨勢發生的機率，其他地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖亦有局部短暫雨；恆春半島沿海空曠地區及澎湖仍有較強陣風。

中央氣象局指出，東北季風及華南雲雨區東移影響，今日基隆北海岸有局部大雨發生的機率，請民眾多加留意。

中央氣象局長鄭明典在臉書貼出定量降雨預報圖，提醒：「今天白天的預測雨量！主要雨區在北部，室外活動請小心」。

氣象專家彭啟明表示，因為華南雲雨帶影響，周四、周五全台有雨，周六起水氣減少，逐漸轉乾、轉晴，不過北東部迎風面仍有陣雨，預計周日起回溫轉晴，下周三、四冷空氣南下，溫度約在15、16度左右，雖然目前看來還沒到達冷氣團標準，但和最近20度左右相比降溫有感，北東轉濕冷。

氣象專家吳德榮在「三立準氣象· 老大洩天機」指出，最新（23日20時）歐洲模式（ECMWF）模擬顯示，今日至周六（26日）清晨，鋒面持續影響，中部以北有局部雨，南部亦偶有局部短暫降雨的機率；降雨時大時小，間有空檔，應注意天氣變化。各地因雲多及微弱冷空氣，中部以北濕涼，南台氣溫略降。今日各地氣溫：北部19至24度，中部19至27度，南部21至30度，東部19至28度。

最新模式模擬顯示，投票日白天起鋒面減弱、降雨歇；西半部轉多雲時晴，東半部及大台北東側偶有局部短暫降雨的機率，影響輕微。周日（27日）至下周二（29日）白天，鋒面北移，各地轉為多雲時晴，氣溫回升，舒適微熱早晚涼。下周二晚東北季風南下，北、東轉雨，氣溫遽降。

下周三（30日）較強冷空氣南下，最新歐（ECMWF）、美（GFS）模式模擬顯示，台北氣象站約只能降至16、17度左右，離「大陸冷氣團」(台北氣象站≦14度)的標準，仍有一段不小的差距，但因為是入冬第1波，感受上還是會比較冷，要注意保暖。模式雖曾在誤差較大時(末期模擬)，一度達標，但已連續數報調弱，包括最新的模擬；看來再調回「大陸冷氣團」的強度，機率很小！
